Internal Gardens is a private school of tai chi chuan, offering group classes and private lessons in tai chi chuan (taijiquan). We pride ourselves in being a Black Sash category school, providing you with professional, experienced teachers to help you learn and feel your best. Classes are taught in tradtional manner, but always in a courteous and caring atmosphere. If you want something more than an adult ed class, join a dedicated school like Internal Gardens.
Classes are taught in the rural countryside of Wantage; Sussex County, NJ. We also provide corporate seminars on stress reduction and stress management throughout northern New Jersey and Manhattan.
Workshops are also held throughout the year at Internal Gardens, both for Internal Gardens students and non-students. We cover a multitude of topics such as: martial arts applications, baguazhang, push hands, training for police officers, energy work, qigong, and more!

It's called the ZHANG SAN FENG FESTIVAL (in honor of the legendary founder of tai chi chuan). It's just over the NJ/PA border off Route 80 at East Stroudsburg University, E. Stroudsburg, PA. First weekend in June.
